We are not a job board but we do post jobs for the clients that we are currently working with.

How long have you been in business?
Lucas Group has been in the recruiting business since 1970.
What industries / job functions do you recruit for?
We recruit for a variety of industries and functional positions. If you do not see your industry or functional position on the list, it is still likely that we recruit in that area as well (example - Sales, Call Center, Plastics Industry).
What is the process if I register on the Web site?
Once you register on the Web site, your request is submitted directly to a recruiter who specializes in either your industry (ex. construction) or the functional position you are seeking to fill (ex. Marketing manager).
What is the typical fee for your services?
Our fees are typically a percentage of the first year salary. For more information, contact us regarding the specific position you are looking to fill.
Where are you located?
We are headquartered in Atlanta, GA but have offices located all over the United States, Europe and Asia.

We work nationally. If you do not see your specific location listed, it is still likely that we recruit in that area as well.

Do I need to come in to interview with a recruiter?
A recruiter will contact you by phone and conduct a brief interview regarding your qualifications. After the phone interview, you will meet with the recruiter in person.

How can I get in touch with a recruiter?
We urge prospective job seekers to submit their information and resume online. Your information will automatically be distributed to the recruiters that specialize in either your industry or your job function. When we have a match for you, a recruiter will contact you directly.
I am transitioning from the military to civilian life. How do I get in touch with a recruiter?

If I provide my information will you keep it confidential?
Yes. We do not share or sell job seeker information. We regard your information as private and confidential.
Is there a fee for your services?
Our services are complimentary for qualified job seekers. Only clients who are hiring employers incur a fee for our recruiting services.
What level of positions do you recruit within each industry?
We recruit for positions from Managers to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.). The majority of our placements are from Director and Vice President levels.

Lucas Group works with all different sizes of organizations, from companies found on the Fortune 500 and AMLAW 100 indexes to small start-up companies. We recruit for a variety of industries across the United States and in Europe as well.
